This is an authentic Proof Libertad from Banco de Mexico graded PR70 by PCGS, meaning they consider it the highest grade per their standards. Please understand That doesn’t mean the coin is perfect without blemish or flaw and it’s not based on your standards. These could have minor blemishes or spotting or milkiness especially under magnification and/or high resolution pics. Occasionally slabbed coins come with lint or tiny pieces of plastic or similar inside the authentic sealed slab. Occasionally the plastic slab may have minor scuffs.
