Overall in VGC, pretty epic figure. This item is a Transformers: Energon Leader Class Megatron action figure, specifically the 2004 release.  * It is a Leader Class figure from the 2004 Transformers: Energon toy line, designed as a large jet fighter with a tank-like cannon accessory.  * The figure features a light-up cannon and electronic sounds that trigger when the sword accessory is attached.  * The design is a direct homage to the original Generation 1 Galvatron character.  * This version is generally considered the "large" variant compared to smaller Ultra or Core class releases of the same character.
