Black lacquer jewelry box, made in Japan. Hand-painted Japanese landscape on the lid with mother of pearl inlay border. Musical mechanism inside, blue velvet lining, includes mirror. Multiple compartments for storage. Gently used, paint loss along the edges and corners of the lacquer finish, plus general surface wear from age. The interior and musical mechanism are in good shape!!! Solid piece, great for display or actual use. Im not sure of the name of the song.
