1996 Topps X-Files Season 3 Base set is 72 cards of episode recaps, characters, strange artwork and characters. Every card but the checklist also has a foil parallel. These have a small stamp on the front that reads, “The Truth Is Out There.” 1996 Topps X-Files Season 3 has three insert sets. A pair of 3-D Holograms give Fox and Mulder a futuristic look. Etched Foil cards return. These mix artwork with the technology and have plenty of pop.
