This is a vintage glass railroad insulator made by the Hemingray company model 42 made in the USA. As there are noticeable drips it narrowed down the years of production to 1924-1930. Anything that comes with age does come with a few blemishes and a little bit of dirt but still an amazing piece of history as the power and phone lines were laid with the railroads.
