Please note: Two original sheets were cleanly removed because they had writing on them, reducing the original 48-page count down to 46. I still have the two sheets if you would like them. All remaining sleeves are fully intact with absolutely no ink or writing. There is some minor cosmetic wear/light surface marks on the interior pages from age and storage, but it remains fully functional and clean.
