Certified sets are sets that are used but have come in to the shop in amazing condition. They will Have their box and instructions. The mini figures will be in great to new shape with no cracks or damage.(unless otherwise stated) The sets will be in numbered bags following the instructions. The goal is to take a used set and make it feel brand new again.
