Vintage Carter's girls short-sleeve velvet party dress. Tagged size 6X, but runs small and best fits a modern size 4T. Deep purple plush velvet (90% polyester, 10% nylon) featuring elastic puff sleeves, a gathered waist, and a back zipper closure. The neckline features a wide white satin Peter Pan collar accented with a matching bow and a small red rosette appliqué. Made in the U.S.A. Condition Note: Good pre-owned vintage condition. Please note the interior bottom hem stitching is slightly wonky as shown in the photos.
