Mugs not included! Department 56 Wooden Dowel Display. Natural light-colored solid wood (such as beech or birch) with a clear finish. Design: A central vertical wooden pole mounted on an interlocking cross-base, featuring multiple horizontal wooden pegs or dowels staggered at varying heights. This was a new unit display for Department 56 ornaments. I have the top display piece too. If you are a Rae Dunn or coffee mug collector this is great! Beware, the dowels have a larger round piece on the end so many of the vintage teacups don’t fit.
