He’s cool! Possibly even an antique- literature indicates he was produced in the 1890’s. It is stamped. See photos The cork on the side is in place but broken off - this is where the dispenser was held. Could be replaced or completely removed. Glazing on the horns has rubbed off very slightly but nothing broken or chipped. Look at those bells around his neck! He sits on a hearty base and is anatomically correct.
