Striking vintage figural eagle letter opener measuring approx. 9.25” long. Features a beautifully detailed American eagle finial with spread wings, a long fluted gold-tone handle, and stainless steel blade. The blade is marked W.H.B. on one side and STAINLESS on the reverse. A fantastic old desk accessory with strong Federal / Empire Revival styling—perfect for a traditional study, library, office, Americana collection, or layered vintage desk display. Likely mid-20th century; exact maker and date are currently unknown. Vintage condition with expected patina, oxidation, finish wear and light scratching from age and use.
