Productdetails

Two original vintage snapshot photographs of rural farm life. Both are continuous-tone real photographs with no halftone dot pattern visible under magnification, consistent with period silver-gelatin snapshot paper. Photo 1: Two young boys, identified in period handwriting on the reverse as "Vernon" and "Myron," seated together atop a horse in an open field with trees in the background. Photo 2: A young man in overalls and a flat cap standing between two horses in front of a wooden barn, holding a stick, with what appears to be a vehicle visible in the background. Era: circa 1920s-1940s, based on the clothing style and photographic paper; no stamp box, mount date or printed date is present, so this is an estimated range rather than a confirmed year. Format/Size: small unmounted snapshot prints, sold as a 2-piece lot. Identification: first names "Vernon" and "Myron" are handwritten on the back of one photo; no surname, location, or date is given, so full identification cannot be confirmed.
