Sealed with the original baudruche membrane and thread binding, the traditional French closure for parfum extrait, applied at the factory and never opened since. Most vintage Givenchy parfums from this era have long since been opened, making a sealed bottle a rare find. A classic floral chypre in its original vintage formulation, made before modern IFRA restrictions reshaped perfumery. Top: aldehydes, citrus Heart: jasmine, rose, lily of the valley, carnation, green notes Base: sandalwood, amber, musk, oakmoss Period-correct minimalist flacon with gold label and typography. Minor scuffs and scratches on the gold label consistent with 50+ years of age. The perfume shows the deep amber color that comes with decades of natural aging.
