In a small Tokyo café, there is a very special seat—one that allows you to travel back in time. But there are rules: you can only meet someone who has visited the café, you cannot change the present, and most importantly, you must return before your coffee gets cold. Four customers sit in that chair, each carrying something they wish they could change, say, or finally put to rest. A goodbye that never happened. Words left unsaid. A relationship that ended too soon. A chance to see someone one last time. Beautiful, bittersweet, and deeply emotional, Before the Coffee Gets Cold is a story about love, regret, loss, and learning that sometimes the past cannot be changed—but the way we move forward can.
