The clock retains its charming painted cuckoo bird, ornate Roman numeral dial and hands, chains, two pinecone weights, twin bellows and rear coiled gong. REGULA MADE IN GERMANY Pat. 812538 The dial is also marked GERMANY. FUNCTION TEST: The two pinecone weights were installed and the hands manually advanced. The cuckoo mechanism engaged, the door opened, and the bird emerged and retracted. Please note that the clock has not been tested for continuous running or accurate timekeeping because the pendulum is not present. It is therefore not being represented as fully serviced or fully operational. Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition with age-related wear, dust, scratches, finish variations and other signs of use. Interior movement and components show age and dust. Please review photographs carefully for exact cosmetic condition. Pendulum is not included. Two pinecone weights are included.
