Pair of vintage long beige/ light brown leather gloves with a smooth finish. Size 7 1/2, small. Would be great for a vignette display. In excellent like new condition. The circular ink stamp inside the cuff is a classic factory origin and factory number mark.The text arranged in the circle reads "MADE IN ITALY", which indicates these gloves were crafted by Italian artisans, historically renowned for making some of the finest kidskin and lambskin leather dress gloves in the world. The number 23 stamped in the center is an internal factory or inspector code. In traditional mid-century European glove manufacturing, these numbers were used to trace the specific workshop, craftsman, or quality control inspector responsible for that particular batch.
