This vintage matchbook cover advertises The Gathering, a restaurant operating in five locations across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Georgia, and Florida. Promoting "Steaks, Seafood, Spirits & Such," the restaurant featured an extensive menu of prime rib, filet mignon, New York strip steak, fresh fish, lobster tails, Alaskan crab legs, chicken teriyaki, and a salad bar. Locations included West Springfield, Milford, Atlanta, West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. The cream and dark brown design features the restaurant's distinctive script logo and a complete location directory, preserving a snapshot of American multi-location restaurant advertising.
