Series Layout: The Ericson Mint designed this series to combine a unique historical Norse proverb on the obverse (front) with this highly detailed, shared reverse design.Material: Formed from 1 troy ounce of .999 fine silver.Design (Pictured): Displays a traditional Viking longship charting rough ocean waters underneath a nighttime star-filled sky and crescent moon, beautifully bordered by a stylized Nordic rope pattern.Edge Work: Each piece in this series natively features an individually engraved, unique serial number right on the coin's edge. Collectible Market Value: Because these rounds were struck as an artistic, micro-mintage release—with the standard proof editions strictly limited to just 2,000 pieces per proverb—they carry a very heavy premium from collectors.
