I’m Joy — a survivor, a grandmother, a shopaholic, and a woman who refuses to stay down no matter what life throws at me. In 2018, I went through pancreatic cancer surgery, terrified but determined. At my highest weight of 260 lbs, current weigh 149 I felt like I was starting life over from scratch. Since then, I’ve fought my way back, losing over 60 lbs, rebuilding my confidence, and learning how to feel strong, feminine, and alive again. Fashion became a huge part of that healing — every piece I bought reminded me that I was still here, still fighting, and still worthy of feeling beautiful. More recently, I’ve been facing a different kind of battle: a home destroyed by a contractor and lawsuits that feel like a full-time job. It has been exhausting, expensive, and emotionally draining. But just like with cancer, I refuse to quit. I’m rebuilding my home piece by piece, and along the way, I’ve turned my closet into something meaningful — not just clothing, but reminders of how far I’ve come and how strong I’ve had to be. Through all of it, fashion remained my escape, my joy, and honestly, sometimes my therapy purchase when life got overwhelming. Now I’m reselling the clothes from that entire journey — the pieces that helped me feel confident during the hardest chapters of my life. I curate outfits that mix business chic with boho soul, because that’s who I am: structured and strong, but also free, creative, and hopeful. Everything I sell has a story behind it, and this shop is part of my comeback. Thank you for being here, supporting me, and sharing this new chapter with me. 💛✨
