Your card was sleeved, placed in a top loader, secured with tape, and shipped in a bubble mailer. It arrived safely, and the photos you sent show no creases or damage at all. You also did not mention any creases when you contacted us, only that it took two weeks to arrive. But it was purchased Sept. 4 and delivered Sept. 9 because usps was closed on Monday. We always disclose card conditions during our streams. We offered to resolve the issue, but you wanted to keep the card and receive a full refund ,which we cannot do Everything came in order and great shape got the cards thank you great packaging and fast shiiping!!
