Caught a live stream all the way from Massachusetts and scored a 3lb brisket for $70, along with the tater tot casserole and tres leches banana pudding. This food is absolutely insane. Arrived fresh, vacuum-sealed perfectly, and tasted like I was standing right at the pit in Texas. The bark, the smoke ring, and the moisture are world-class.
