The selection is good, and the products are decent, but the seller throws away the original shoe boxes and sends everything without the original packaging, even if it's just a single pair of shoes. And when you try to discuss it with them, they block you.This buyer messaged us originally asking why there was no box in their package so we sent them the description of our items which state non designer brand shoes do not come with boxes. They then confirmed they knew which brands were designer and in this case that this would not have a box however they then pivoted to trying to attack our store saying we have “tons of bad reviews” when that could not be farther from the truth. They also were mad that our flat cost was $9 to ship one pair when it is a bundled flat rate cost (they only bought one pair instead of two…). Can’t win them all 😔 Absolutely love these shoes and buyer! I love my boots. Great for those snow days. I can understand for cost effectiveness and ease of shipping items together, taking them out of their boxes, but I had a pair of sequined boots that caught on the slippers in the box as well and caused a pretty large snag as they weren’t in a bag or anything - and the slippers I bid on were in a box. Just something to be mindful of! I love what I got but I’m bummed that the slippers got damaged and that I lost some of the sequins on the boots also. Sorry to hear this happened.
