When I messaged to resolve the problem was told nothing can be done and proceeded to block me. I’m shocked and very disappointed as I’m a genuine buyer and never leave negative reviews, however on this occasion after being blocked, I see no other choice.

I genuinely dont wish to argue with you i apologised several times and asked you to sort through whatnot support, you bidded on a plus sized bundle and received alot of items for £12. I simply explained whatnot doesn't do returns and that I was sorry you received some larger items..however you bidded on plus size then asked to switch the bag. I had no other advice and you continued to message me saying not good enough. what more could I do? as I have said sorry you didnt have a positive experience everyone who has bought from me knows I am a lovely seller.
