Beoordelingen (179)purchased an item but after show seller messaged and explained she couldn't find it and feared had already sold the item, she cancelled item to be refunded and still sent an item of the same kind and messaged throughout to apologise, items did arrive safely packaged , I still feel 5 stars is deserved as she communicated the whole way through and didn't have to send anything as a replacement as she's already cancelled but still did which was kind.
