However, this particular item was repeatedly described as “so good” during the listing. When I received the UGG Tasman shoes, they were heavily worn and in poor condition. I would be embarrassed to try to resell them, so I’m writing to request that you be more honest and upfront about the condition of heavily worn items in the future. I’m not asking for a refund, but I believe it’s important for sellers to be transparent about the condition of their products. I will definitely mark this one in the books for a loss. 😩Thank you for your honest feedback. I'm sorry they weren't in the condition I described them as.
