I purchased 10 items and was supposed to receive a givvy, but it was missing from my order. I contacted the seller, who told me they would send it if I reached out to Whatnot for a shipping label. Since Whatnot had to manually create the label, it took some time and required a lot of back-and-forth communication. Once the label was finally created and provided to the seller, they stopped responding and still haven’t shipped the item after more than a week.
What’s most frustrating is being promised something, spending time trying to resolve the issue, and then being left without any communication. If you don’t intend to fulfill a promise, please don’t make one in the first place. A little honesty and follow-through would have gone a long way.We guided you to a solution & are awaiting a response from whatnot, sorry but it’s just a waiting game that is out of our control 🔥🔥🔥 TRUSTWORTHY, SUPER LEGIT, AWESOME.
