I reached out to the seller and was treated very badly. she then they wanted me to pay for each item to go back to her, which is totally fine. I dint want the expired product, however she wants me to pay for each item to go back separately in all different boxes/ shipments. this makes no sense, money wise. it would be more than what I paid for the product. I have escalated to WN support to get them sent back properly. I just wish that when I brought this to their attention I was treated professionally and with respect. I will never purchase from them again. I take every customer's concerns seriously and always do my best to help. In this situation, we made every reasonable effort to help you and offered the available options to resolve the issue which you declined each time. A return label was offered for a full refund which was declined by you.
