I said that I would contact whatnot, and she said that she’s done everything she can as a seller and that the smell is probably a packaging smell (which it is definitely not), however then blocked me. hardly fair to give a bad review at 2* when we offered to pay for you to wash them or you could send them back? no sure what more you wanted me to do? I described the item on screen and there was definitely not a musty smell as I was holding them in front of my face, we check everything thoroughly as I said we tried everything and said I completely understood you was going to take it to whatnot. did u want to keep the items and get a refund?
