I sent cards to my best friends and they also had issues with USPS saying their order was delivered, but it wasn't. They received one of two packages with both saying delivered and the second came DAYS later. Although I cannot control shipping issues, I do want to do all I can to help you have a positive experience. I'm sorry that these haven't made it out to you yet!
