Even a piece that was "intact" had melted marks on the center stone and was in such poor condition it was not wearable. More value in giving $128 to charity. The flower is shown in the video with no damages, repair pieces are repair for less money due to needing repairs. If you look at all the videos of her transactions you could see everything and as far as blue brooch with repairs I didn’t replace that stone, it is perfectly in tact and you can tell that stone hasn’t been replaced! They did not say they would send my item instead they asked if I wanted a refund for that purchase to which I said yes. They stopped responding to my messages. They received money and I did not get the item.
