I have photo of when it was handed to USPS and it shows on Whatnot ..it was delivered on April 20th at 3:08 pm … I’m so sorry for an inconvenience but no need for bad reviews without some sort of contact or confirmation. Great seller with awesome vibes and communication. Unfortunately my top hit didn’t arrive, but everything else did. It looks like the original package may have been torn during shipping, so I suspect USPS may have been responsible. I’d recommend using bubble mailers for SAR/SIRs going forward just for extra protection.
