I reached out to the seller hoping we could find a resolution, but I was simply directed to contact USPS. While I understand that shipping accidents can happen, I was disappointed both by the inadequate packaging and by the way the situation was handled. I had hoped for better willingness to help resolve the issue.If you look at my reviews - so many talk about how well I package stuff. You are supposed to raise a case with whatnot if your stuff arrived broken. I packaged your stuff well it was in a bubble mailer and then a box outside.
