Aw thank you so much! I hope you come back to hangout again!💕 A couple items in my order arrived with very obvious stains. Sadly, after contacting the seller for a refund or some kind of support, she said there was no way they could have arrived that way and sent me screenshots from her live showing how that couldn’t be possible, especially since one was new with tags and that she doesn’t offer refunds and said I should try some different methods of washing to remedy the stains. Aside from the 2 items that were stained and one item that was not the brand stated on screen, the other items were in good condition and as described and shipping was quick. I truly hate leaving negative feedback, but I also feel that it’s only fair to be honest after trying to contact her for help with the purchase and having the outcome be what it was. I definitely don’t wish her any ill will and all success moving forward in her business!thethriftyshannonVerkoper
Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify that the item was thoroughly checked prior to packaging and shipment. I personally inspected the product and carefully read the tags exactly as they appeared at the time of sale. As stated in my show notes I do not except refunds or returns. I also said in my show and on the show notes that most of my items are pre-loved and may have flaws in which I try my best to point out.
