Tysm for all of my goodies 🥰 As a fellow reseller I purchased 3 bin items the inn beauty and when received it the date said 7/2026. Which means I had less than two weeks to sell and ship it to someone and by that time it would have been expired. I wish there was transparency as I do not buy items with batch code issues or expiration dates that are up. I took time to build up my inventory and sourced directly so that would not be a problem for any of my customers. I asked for a refund and she offered partial I declined and will be sending my items back for a full refund and due to that she blocked me. I was happy with all the other items I bought but to block me over a skin tint with spf of an expiration date of 7/2026 was not what I expected from this seller. I expected better. I would have continued to shop here but like I said she blocked me because I asked for a refund. Items were more than within date, and all rules of Whatnot were abided by. This reseller attempted to persuade me to give her my supplier contact, and I politely declined. It wasn’t until after I declined that she filed for a refund on the product she bought. I do not wish to have a customer base that is like this, I do not wish for her to buy from me again, therefore I quietly blocked her. She is now upset and knows that by giving me a one star review with an exaggerated story to go along with it, will only hurt my business. I’m a new seller, and will only be growing despite buyers like her. tysm for the items, I didnt have to go to the store haha 😆 hopefully purchasing more in future shows!!Yay!
