Took over 2 weeks to get cards. I had to ask for an update and was told we just got back from vacation? Who does a break and not ships before you leave for 10+ days?Cards should go in a team bag not just in the envelope

very bad first exp. i really hope u sleeve an case the cards next time i had a joe burrow die cut thrown in with a bunch of base not even in a team bag it was everywhere in the mailer. took over 2 weekz to send out as well.
