Even though I fell in love with crystals if you are unprofessional to me and try to humiliate or hurt me I will look for a more deserving professional seller. Questioning over bad reviews (which I may not remember) in a live stream to get other viewers to talk smack is unprofessional and you won't get my business. That behavior might make me realize you forgot to seal an envelope which I still have which means I won't be buying anything off you.
