A giveaway I won and a team I ordered for a break were supposed to be included in the same box, but the one hit I received from the break was not included at all.
Messaged the seller via Whatnot and Instagram, and they took a couple of days to respond, but were super friendly, and offered a pack or a free team in a future break, which goes a long way!
I had started a refund process with Whatnot already, so luckily was able to resolve the process. Super nice guy, and really appreciated the support once they got back to me, but was definitely disappointed to not receive my hit, and it seemed like nobody knew what happened at all. I guess these things occur from time to time.
