Described as 100% complete can confirm. Received half built so took all parts off one by one. Reading through the instructions only found a grand total of 3 missing pieces that have no real effect to the build. Other than that set is complete to its fullest. I’m am super satisfied with my purchase. The fact that this is a retired set and still includes all figures is amazing. Great price.
