I attended baking and pastry school in San Diego and was trained by a 6th generation French pastry chef. I had my own bakery for over 15 years in San Diego/ Riverside county California. I had my work published in several magazines over the years, and won many awards for my decorating and recipes. I retired from baking after COVID destroyed so many businesses. I married and my disabled Marine Veteran and I moved to the East Coast. Now I feel I’m ready to come back out of retirement. I miss baking and decorating too much. So hopefully this goes well so I can build my own kitchen again and rebuild my clientele. Thank you for helping me make a comeback.
