took close to 3 weeks to ship. seller had no clue it hadn't gone out and if I had it complained it would have never even shipped.....when it finally did arrive I was missing half of my order! I asked the seller to ship part of the remaining missing items and cancel the rest. instead the seller went ahead and canceled EVERYTHING still pending out of spite apparently because I didn't want to accept their lackluster substitutions. seller claims this was a printer label error however it is clear MULTIPLE mistakes were made and that all These mistakes circle around disorganization and mismanagement. in the end of the day I never got the main item that I wanted. what a truly disappointing experience. seller's attitude during this whole experience was basically sorry but errors happen all while ignoring the fact that many mistakes were made here not just one. buyer beware
