I'm here to make friends within the watch and jewelry community. I'm a retired nuclear machinist. I've retired after 38 years of servitude and I've been a watchmaker for the past 27 years. Watches are intriguing pieces of craftsmanship that have a history all of there own. Mechanical watches are hands down fascinating pieces of art that enable us to tell time. Watchmaking is not for everyone, but for those of us who have been blessed and have been taught the trade we love it with a passion. I personally only work on pocket watches and vintage Timex mechanical watches anymore.
