From 1875-1900 I have a few in full condition, and some where the glass is chipped or missing. It is rare to find ones that also include the magnifying lens. This unique instrument featured a wood and metal construction, a reflective mirror for enhanced lighting, and an adjustable magnification lens holder to view biological samples.
