As always a great shopping experience at the 36! 😀 dont like how the packaging details whats inside.... only thing I didn't like is how its boxed/packaged.. On the box it tells you exactly what's inside. luckily I dont have porch pirates because it stayed on my porch for about 5hrs before I could get to it. Foam protective packaging was placed in a larger monitor’s box. This caused the accessories to fall out of their place holders and bounce around the box. Good thing it was listed as used because there are scratch marks on the back on the monitor now. The face is still intact and works when plugged in. Wish the shipping crew had placed some packing peanuts or air bags to have prevented this. very happy with this one my husband is giving the other one to are son he will be just as happy.
