Bewertungen (15)Ordered 2 cards, both which came in nothing but penny sleeves in a plain envelope. The corner of one of the cards was damaged (miracle the other wasn’t damaged too). Contacted seller to inform them of the damaged card. They said they’d get back to me shortly. 2 days passed with no reply. Ended up submitting a support ticket through WN to which the seller finally offered to refund the cost of the card. Rating 3 stars since they are obviously new sellers (and kids no less) but come on guys, you can’t expect cards to stay undamaged through sorting machines in just penny sleeves. And you don’t leave a customer hanging when they tell you there’s a problem. Hopefully you use this experience as an opportunity to do better in the future. Best of luck going forward. you are 30 years old and complaining about the smallest whiting on a corner and we shipped in top loaders, I don’t understand why we had to refund your $1. Great seller thank you for the cards!thanks for the kind words words! Great kid and young streamer! Thanks for the positive review! Happy everything was good!
