Everything was healthy and happy upon arrival 🙂 Super fast shipping, everything arrived alive, happy, and healthy and acclimated to my tanks beautifully! I will be ordering again! Everything arrived quickly and safely as usual highly recommend great seller I was expecting 5-6 shrimp and 1 snail. I got 7 (live, healthy, active) shrimp and 1 (also live, healthy,active) snail. The shipping was very fast and I’m very happy with my purchase! 10/10 will be buying from them again!! amazing jar of calcium my shrimp fight over, diy snello (haven't tried yet) and hatchling fuel which the babies love! Giving 5 stars because the host has a great personality and is so so quick to message back on questions or issues.
My only slightly negative feedback (at NO fault of Allen) is that my ups delivery driver decided to save my poor shrimp for his last delivery of the day and I got busy and forgot to message them about submitting a claim. (I live in South Carolina, so I basically got shrimp soup. 🤣) Again— still giving 5 stars because this was no fault of Allen. Lesson learned - If you live in a hot climate.. during summer, just ask them to add some ice packs to your shipment and make sure to buy the extra faster shipping!
Otherwise, great experience! the snails I ordered are BEAUTIFUL and overall love ordering from this seller. Look forward to his shows, great givvys and all around great intro experience to whatnot! I’m so happy with my purchase and i love the hosts!! only had one plant not make it everything else was alive and looks amazing in my aquariums fantastic job Appreciate the nutrition in these. But none of my neo shrimp or any of the snails go for it so far. Still like what it's putting into the water I suppose. Came healthy and in great condition Very nice plants. Arrived well packed and healthy. Thank you! Best customer service ever! Love all the stuff I got. Solid packaging and fast delivery made sure that everything arrived safe and healthy My box looked like it had a rough time getting here...which is obviously out of the sellers control... he's getting it taken care of for me and because of that I'll definitely be back to purchase more from him soon! packaged really well, plants look great in my tank!
