Very happy with everything!! That cory crumble is amazing all my corys go bananas over it Thought it was going to be a jar of it. Everything was in great shape and arrived safely and quickly Beautiful plant arrived and was happy to be sent into the betta sorority tank for a while to get used to the tank conditions before I actually plant it. The shrimp arrived DOA, but that’s my fault because I didn’t get the expedited shipping. No worries. They did have gorgeous vibrant colors, much brighter in person than in the show.
The lovely 2 1/2 gallon aquarium that I won in a giveaway blows my mind. Allen has the best giveaways ever and I think he is crazy for the amazing deals he offers as well as the insane giveaways, but that’s OK. I actually love it. None of the shrimp made it but it was quick shipping what are the little balls in the bag there like little black metal or hard plastic balls Just a bit disappointed. I had ordered multiple times from them and loved it! My fish arrived DOA, no biggie. I wanted them replaced. Never once did they reach out to me, it was like pulling teeth to try to get my fish sent back out. The first week I was told “they got sent back” then for next 3 weeks I was told I was getting a tracking number for my order. Never got a tracking number. I wanted the product I ordered or I wouldn’t have spent the money but I’ll just take my refund and call it a day.. everything arrived alive and well Thank you 😊 snails all came alive and well packed!! thank you!!
