Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
As a customer, I asked for the bare minimum during the break: for the team name of cards that were classed as hits to be read out. I was then openly mocked live on stream, with false accusations being made about me, including assumptions about how I would react and claims that I was asking for unnecessary things.
I was subsequently removed from the stream. After I had been removed and was no longer participating, comments were made openly on the stream about sending items to my address that I would not be happy with. I have a recording of this.I also have the messages from the chat where you explicitly stated that “base has its own spot” and that “no base cards are getting sent, so no Mbappé for you.”
Despite this, I have now received 12 base cards that I did not win or ask for, while two of the five cards I specifically identified as mine from my Real Madrid spot are still missing.I Paid £60 roughly in this break .
