Did not get this one out of 11 othersWe have no idea what this buyer is referring to, as they did not attempt to communicate or raise any issue. Brand new item as described and well packed for safe , quick, delivery. Will BUY from again Excellent seller! Items represented accurately, packaged well and shipped promptly I know this was an open box auction. and it was stated that most everything was there. but it's missing one very crucial piece, the engine and the parts to connect the propeller to the engine. so there's no way to but the propeller on the build. so it's going to take some manufacturing and or some research to find a suitable engine to make this kit look somewhat authentic. Receive the items quickly. All items were as described. It just doesn't get better than that! Kits looked like they had been boxed up by a two year old. Really surprised they didn’t arrive damaged. When we ship larger and/or odd size packages. We will make a custom box and wrap with shipping paper and sometimes more tape then needed. Hence why the package might look funny and as you said it arrived in damaged. So that being said, we hardly deserved such a low feedback rating. You could hand been more grateful and appreciate the effort we make. It takes a bit of time to package items such as your order… /users%2F2938158%2Fstore%2F6e2f63fd-b704-47f2-9173-619101e7aca7.jpeg)
