This female has colored up and is black with a blue tint. She has white stripes in her tail in the red patch on her head is bright red. She is absolutely stunning. I’ve realized that sometimes the bettas is in the show are stressed and some show stress stripes which is normal when being moved into the display tank and shown. I’m amazed at how so many of the bettas I’ve bought have darkened and colored up brilliantly. They were already beautiful but now now they are breathtaking.

She is a very unusual pewter, gray greenish color and has red rimmed fins and white lips. I have never seen a better hair color before and I’ve had bettas for decades.
