When I purchased the knife live I didn’t hear them mention the steel type (he did say it clearly), and when I played back the video 30 minutes later I realized my mistake. I immediately messaged them and called their customer support line but was told to wait to hear back from their whatnot team. I stated in my message that I was at fault and I would absolutely give them more money to upgrade to a better knife. Almost 2 whole days later they messaged me back and said nope, it’s your fault you missed him stating the steel type, we will not hold the package, accept more money for a replacement, or offer a refund. Now I understand the rules on this platform are to protect sellers who are relatively small… this is Blade HQ I’m speaking to, and they wouldn’t even consider meeting me in the middle. I’m sorry but that just seems so petty of them. Superior quality! Fast shipping! Lovely hosts. If your not buying from Blade HQ your getting ripped off!
